    This collection is inspired by my Grandma Nancy and the life-changing move she made to London at 21—an age I share with her now. Set during the vibrant Swinging Sixties, her story of independence, ambition, and self-reinvention mirrors a powerful cultural shift and a defining era in fashion history.

    Drawing from the bold spirit of 1960s London, the collection blends mod-inspired silhouettes, playful prints, and structured tailoring with a contemporary twist. It reimagines the clean lines, color blocking, and textural contrasts that defined Nancy’s youthful wardrobe, capturing both nostalgia and progress.

  • "Dear Florence, Love Nancy" - Graduate Collection 2025

    “Dear Florence, Love Nancy” is a romantic tribute to my Grandma Nancy, imagining a quiet exchange between two women bound by memory, love and craft. Soft silhouettes, sculptural florals and layered textures evoke blooming flowers and vintage handiwork, blending tenderness with playful strength. In petal pinks, seafoam blues and sage greens, the collection embraces softness as a form of resilience. Deadstock fabrics, including my grandma’s scarves, carry memory through every piece.

    Inspired by Nancy’s coastal hometown of Fleetwood, the collection reflects the faded elegance of seaside life. Marine tones, tactile layering and nods to maritime dress echo its nostalgic charm. It is a love letter in motion, with clothing as memory, gesture and grace.

    This project analyzes GANNI, a Danish fashion brand known for bold design, digital engagement, and responsible practices. Positioned between luxury and accessible fashion, GANNI appeals to trend-conscious, sustainability-minded consumers.

    It examines the brand’s strengths (distinct aesthetic, strong community, sustainable initiatives), weaknesses (premium pricing, limited retail, trend-reliance), opportunities (growth in sustainable and emerging markets), and threats (fast fashion copycats, economic downturns, greenwashing risks).

    GANNI’s blend of playful design and values-driven strategy positions it as a leader in modern responsible fashion.
